Website

## “Our website exists. That is about it.”

Your website is online. It looks decent. But people visit, leave, and never give you much of a clue why. A website can be technically working and still be doing a pretty poor job for the business.

### What usually gets in the way

Sometimes the site is hard to find. Sometimes people land on it and cannot quickly tell what you do, who you help, or why they should care. Service pages describe capabilities without connecting them to a problem the buyer recognizes. The next step may be buried, too demanding, or disconnected from the reason they visited.

There can also be practical friction: slow pages, awkward mobile layouts, confusing menus, broken forms, missing trust signals, or a lead that never makes it into the CRM properly. A redesign helps only if it addresses the right bottleneck.

### How we figure out what is actually wrong

We separate discovery, understanding, trust, action, and follow-up. A low number of inquiries can come from any of those stages. We look at the available analytics, search visibility, page content, user journeys, and form behavior together.

- Who should this website attract, and what are they trying to solve?
- Which services deserve their own useful page?
- What should someone understand in the first few seconds?
- What proof helps them feel comfortable taking the next step?
- Does the mobile experience make that next step easy?
- Where does an inquiry go, and who follows up?

We also inventory the existing URLs and content worth preserving. Search visibility is part of the scope from the beginning, including page structure, metadata, redirects when needed, internal links, and technical checks.

### What a solution could look like

We turn your business expertise into pages that answer real buyer questions. The homepage helps someone recognize their problem. Service and problem pages explain what causes it, how you approach it, and what a useful outcome could look like. Proof and clear calls to action help visitors decide what to do next.

The build may include a new sitemap, stronger messaging, website design, an editable HubSpot theme, focused landing pages, forms, CRM handoffs, analytics, and an SEO foundation. The goal is a website your team can maintain and your prospects can understand.

### Client perspective: The Brooklyn Pizza Company

Shawn Malone, owner of The Brooklyn Pizza Company, credits Midwest RevTech’s website and SEO work with helping new customers find the business through Google. That is the useful connection: visibility that supports actual customer discovery, not just a nicer-looking page. You can find his testimonial on our [client proof page](https://www.midwestrevtech.com/case-studies).

That testimonial is one client’s experience. For your site, we first establish the starting point and the measures that make sense for your business.

### How we scope the investment

A simple website starts at $1,500. A typical small or medium business website is around $3,500. Advanced builds are scoped individually and typically fall between $5,000 and $10,000. Page depth, integrations, migration, content work, and functional requirements shape the scope.

We identify what is needed for launch and what belongs in the next phase. That helps avoid both a giant wishlist and a rushed site that still leaves the important business questions unanswered.

### How we know it is helping

We check the customer journey and lead handoff, then track relevant search visibility, meaningful inquiries, and conversion points. The website is part of your revenue system. Its job is to help the right people find you, understand you, and start a useful conversation.

How we diagnose

## The software is rarely the whole story.

A lasting fix connects four layers. Ignoring one usually moves the problem somewhere else.

People

**Roles, skills, adoption, incentives, and ownership**

Process

**Stages, handoffs, decisions, exceptions, and service levels**

Data

**Definitions, fields, sources, quality, access, and governance**

Technology

**Configuration, integration, automation, usability, and monitoring**

Bring the weird version

## What keeps breaking, slipping, or starting arguments?

You do not need a requirements document. Start with what the team experiences and what you wish happened instead.
